We are the only civilian GSA inspector in Alaska, with 25+ years experience working extensively on the containers. We have traveled all over Alaska to service GSA containers, including the Aleutian islands.
Sidelined
A word to the wise.
I was contracted to open a catastrophic failure on a heavily fortified ATM safe, in Fairbanks Alaska requiring me to work outside, in the dead of winter, below freezing.
I’m the most qualified person for this safe opening in Alaska. The other qualified safe technicians, are in the lower 48, and they wouldn't work in cold weather conditions.
The bank contact is a imbecile, he sidelined me right when I was 90% opening the safe. The boltwork was drawn back and the door was moving.
I'm one of the most experienced safecrackers. I would rather loose a long term account than be disrespected in a hostile work environment.
Now, they will have to send a technician up from the lower 48 to complete this job, and future jobs.
Out sourcing, down time, will be extremely costly for them and they will loose a lot of revenue over a imbecile.
